This video/arcade gaming website comes complete with forum, blog, arcade section, and 2 very expensive scripts.
It uses the Joomla platform (most stable version), and Joomla plugins. I'm not going to list all of them in this ad because there are quite a few of them. But, I will say I added all the major plugins you will need to run a business and paid membership, and then some.

The site will make someone a great business. I know I get about $150 in income from this website because of one of the scripts I use. The script itself will allow you to enter any type of feed you want. This means you can use any affiliate program that uses feeds.
You can see an example of what I am talking about by going to the site and looking at the bottom section. I am using eBay feeds at the moment because they are working well for me.
The other feed that is mentioned is a search engine feed that you can also use for an income stream. To be honest about it I bring in about $100 per month from this one income stream alone. I've already set up a search engine with listings that most gamers will be looking for. At the beginning of the results, I've also added my listings with my affiliate links in them, so gamers will see those results first.
These 2 scripts cost over $250 if you bought them separately.
The website is about 1 year old, and established. I don't know how many main keywords are listed for this site, but I do know it is listed in the top 3 in the first page of Google for 3 primary keywords.

I've done little to no marketing for this site due to other projects.
The reason for selling it is simply because I have 2 other projects in the works, and want some more assets to add on to them.
One of the projects is this forum. I want to some other things to this forum that will benefit our members, and want to only use monies from my business to fund it.
